Art of Browz Austin Eyebrow Threading

Terrible experience at this place. It's a little room, super crowded with things everywhere and dirty, the lady barely even speaks to you. She gave me a very painful threading and actually cut me twice which I found out later on. Didn't even offer me lotion afterwards and was practically kicking me out the door once she was done. Will not be coming back. Just pay a little more and go somewhere you'll actually get good service.

Please listen to other reviews and save your money. I gave this place a second chance and went in begging to not make my eyebrows too thin as I had been growing them out. Prabita doesn't listen and does what she wants and does not apologize. My eyebrows don't even look even!!

If I could give them negative stars I would. I popped the name into my GPS and I think there are more than one of these locations--I'm talking about the on one N. Lamar in the small shopping plaza. After giving detailed instructions (Just a clean up, do not arch my brows, leave them thick ) and even her checking in with me through out the process (as if she was really paying attention!) she trims my eyebrows down to a single line. I'm not making this up. The funny thing is she actually did a decent job with the clean up but them proceeding to trim down my brows like they were garden hedges.

She did my lip but I could not pay her for these brows that I now have to draw in for the next 6 weeks. I gave her a GENEROUS $5 for the lip thread and left. DO NOT go to this location, because if you are like me I cannot pay money to have someone not listen to me and do what they want on my face.

It's the size of a closet. It's dirty, the tools are dirty. Used the same thread and brush for tint on me and my friend and they were already used looking when we arrived. She caught my eyelid and gave me a blood blister on my eyelid. I asked her to not thread my eyebrows except for unibrow and she took half my eyebrows off. The shapes of my eyebrows don't match. They're bumpy lines not straight lines. And she charged us more for the service than was on the wall. The tint did nothing for my skin my skin is not tinted at all. She was slapping my hands when she wanted me to move them. And she was INCREDIBLY rude. One star is too much. I looked so much better when I walked in than when I walked out.

Pabrita does what she wants tbh. I told her how i wanted them to look and they dont look like the pic and both eyebrows look different. My first time. I got thread and tint. Dont recommend at this location.

I'm a regular here and love getting threaded. It keeps my face clean and the hospitality makes the experience even better.

Got both my brows and lips done for the price of $10. The lady who did it for me was very detailed and I really like how my brows turned out (:

Wow. I was pleasantly surprised. I recently moved to the area and have been way overdue on getting my eyebrows done. I have been hesitant to try anyone for fear of them effing up my brows. I saw this place on google and some pictures looked good. I have never been threaded before today. So driving up to this place I almost turned around.... it is SHADY looking, and $7?! I used to pay $20 for my wax. Since my brows are overgrown and I look like I have two caterpillars on my face, I took a deep breath and said "what the hell". I went in and the woman was very friendly. I showed her a picture of my brows before (clean, thick) and she said "okay, you like them thick. Let's just clean them up" I told her I was nervous about threading because I was a first-timer. She asked me questions and made conversation during the process so I was distracted. I was surprised that the pain wasn't horrible. Any way, my brows turned out amazing, you can't beat that price, and she was done in FIVE minutes. My previous brow guy who waxed me took over 30 mins. Ah I'm so happy! Will definitely be back.

I used to like this place, but today the lady who did my eyebrows didn't know I spoke Hindi and she used profanity to insult me in Hindi. When I confronted her she was surprised that I understood her. She was also distracted while doing my eyebrows by watching a movie. I will not be going back!

Very shady place. The lady who did my eyebrows was very rude. She wasnt even listening to my requests.
She had to take care of a baby and kept hitting my head with the baby stroller(she was trying to make the baby sleep?) Ouch!

And the eyebrows was done really bad. lots of extras and improper shape. :(
And they dont take card - they need cash! and will give you a good stare if you said you have a card.

Avoid this place!
