'Good morning!' Model Cara Delevingne proves she's a natural beauty as she posts pretty bed selfie

It's easy to see why Cara Delevingne is the model of the moment.

The natural beauty posted an intimate snap to her Instagram account on Monday - and she looked flawless despite giving the impression she had just woken up.

Without a slither of make-up on her face, the model, who is rumoured to have recently split from Michelle Rodriguez, was glowing as she winced up at the camera, bundled up in her white bed linen.

The 21-year-old used her sheet to cover up, showing just a glimpse of the red love heart tattoo on her hand and the word 'Pandora' which she has inked on her arm.

She simply captioned the image: 'Good morning @voguemagazine #metball.'

Delevingne is expected to attend the annual Met Ball later in the evening. It's an annual fundraising gala for the benefit of the Metropolitan Museum of Art's Costume Institute.

Later that day, the model was in for a surprise when designer Stella McCartney filled her room with foil helium balloons which spelled out 'Cara [loves] Stella.'

She wrote: 'What a nice surprise @stellamccartney #metball.' Earlier in the week, Stella gifted Cara with a set of monogrammed pillowcases which she loved.

The model recently confirmed to Marie Claire that she will be playing a mermaid in Joe Wright's upcoming Peter Pan film. 'Acting is what I've always wanted to do,' she told the publication.

'Being able to do this is living the dream. Modelling is where I started and I'm never going to turn my back on it.

'I thank it for everything I've done now, without it I wouldn't be here. But it's not what I love. This is what I love. This is it for me.'

The fantasy flick Pan - due out July 17, 2015 - also stars Hugh Jackman, Rooney Mara, and Amanda Seyfried.
